Always friendly but was told it would be a couple days for a glasses replacement and havent heard anything in almost a week. They are also hard to get on the phone. I rarely get an answer when calling.

The doctor explained all of my results step by step so I had very few questions about glasses when he was done. He informed me that I could get by with either buying readers, or purchase bifocal lenses without out any pressure from him.
