Daniel does an amazing Job every time! He has an eye for detail! Also, Thomas and Amanda at the front desk are amazing and always make the visit to the salon worthwhile. What a great team!

Shelby Cowell is a fantastic colorist and someone I trust with my hair care; this review is not about her specifically. With regard to diPietro Todd - Pac Heights, the appointment booking process is painful and frustrating. Because I can't simply book time online, I have to email back and forth with someone, it takes days (and in my most recent case, weeks) to get something on the books. Besides that, for my first appointment, I was told Shelby had a two times available and was asked to choose one, so I wrote back my choice to confirm. I showed up for the appointment and was told it's not confirmed until I receive an email back again confirming. This is a terrible system. I did let Shelby know and she ended up confirming directly with me instead, and following that appointment, I booked with the receptionist in person at the salon to avoid the whole process. Lastly, I realize that color correction is expensive as are great blonde highlights (which Shelby does phenomenally) however, my total cost for color correction, full head highlight, and tip was $850. That is outrageous. Overall, Shelby is great so I will come see her again, but I have not had a positive experience interacting with diPietro Todd - Pac Heights.

Kris is a total pro at cutting hair! Very precise and makes sure every last strand is correct to give a haircut thatcladt weeks if not a few months and still looks great!

this review is for the salon service, not Michelle's! I understand color clients are not guaranteed a blow dry, with the price you pay for a color this should be revisited. After spending $300, it would be nice to not have to wait another 20 minutes for a blow dry. Additionally, the assistant started my blow dry yesterday and after 5 minutes, she stopped and went to do a shampoo/condition for another client, mid-dry. my hair was left to air dry for 15 minutes before i finally just finished it on my own.

Philip always is so attentive and takes such good care of my hair. He makes great recommendations and is so incredibly thoughtful and calming when I am coming off of a stressful week at work. I so appreciate not having to worry ever about how great my hair will come out under his care. It's a transformative experience!
