As always Bill and staff at Erickson's are the best. They never recommend stuff I don't need and knowing I am on a budget they check my car from bumper to bumper and prioritize the work that needs to be done. They also send me emails to remind me of future work so I can keep my 2006 Mercury Milan in great running order.

Fantastic service. I've been going to Ericsson's for a few years now. Reasonable pricing, great diagnostics, knowledgeable, personable, all you want from a solid mechanic. Never suggests things you don't need. I give it 5 stars because I can't give it 10.

Ericksons Automotive has done the maintenance work on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for a couple years now. They do excellent work and guaranty their work better than any other shop I have worked with. Ericksons is the only shop that I will let work on my vehicles. They have also done work on my wife's 2007 Lexus ES 350.

My '07 Honda Ridgeline has had an oil leak. The dealership diagnosed this leak and recommended a repair running over $700. Another local shop did a repair, but I still had a leak. Erickson's did a diagnostic test and repair for around $250. I believe the leak is now fixed!
Also, they communicated in a very professional manner.
