Excellent explanations of service items, degree of need to perform those maintenance services and costs to allow me to make an informed decision about maintenance of my vehicle. Bill is always friendly and easy to deal with on the phone setting up appointments or telling me of some matter that arose during the work on my vehicle, etc., and in person at the shop when dropping off or picking up the vehicle. Bill also accommodated my needs by pre-ordering parts, etc., to reduce the wait time during service as I've moved about 30 miles away.
