Dr. Mackenzie was good and seems like she is great. The Clinic seemed little cramped however looks like its well equipped with all latest technology. I did not appreciate the fact that a 3D xray was taken without informing us that there is a 102.00 fee associated with it. My wife's gum had issues while her tooth was perfectly fine, after doing research I found that 3D Xray is meant for scratch and broken tooth. i found and call that dishonest and non transparent care just to make money. And Guess what? my insurance did not cover that 102.00 either. SO I WAS GAUGED FOR THAT MONEY. Very disappointed. My dentist that i see for over 15 years at 12th avenue dental is amazing and would never do that. will not go back to them and would not recommend then unless they refund my 102.00 dollars as it was never communicated to us in advance.

Was required to have emergency tooth extraction and all staff have been very accommodating in organizing for this operation to happen on very short notice. Staff did excellent work in making me feel comfortable during operation and service provided was very professional

I had a great experience of getting my teeth pulled out and bone grafting at the same time in Dr. Luke's office. He is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. His staff is friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Liszka was excellent and has a very nice, respectful personality. I have had two major procedures and both went extremely well. I would not hesitate to return or recommend him.

Dr liska has worked miracles on my teeth. He is a brilliant perio dontist. However I always end up waiting in the chair for him and yesterday I sat there for nearly 40 minutes!!!! This is not acceptable and there wasn't even an apology. :(
