I've been here 3 times now, just for regular check-ups/vaccination with my healthy cat. Two of which were with very inexperienced staff who kept trying to upsell the visit with unnecessary tests. The information they provided seemed very general and not specific to my animal. My second visit, however, the vet (Dr Mills) was very helpful and seemed trustworthy, actually listening and not just spewing through "what the textbook said". I will not return unless able to consistently see an experienced vet.

I have never had a choice of vet clinic before coming from a small time and was quite nervous about going to a new vet, but it was a wonderful experience! My cats liked the vet (as much as to be expected) and she explained things very clearly. Thank you so much!

The care of both my sick dog and me (the worried owner) was excellent.
It just concerned me that there isn't a human in the building for overnight when pets have to stay. They are watched on camera I was told.

Dr. Sheila was great with Aurora! She is the first vet i've been to who actually tried to build a relationship with her before the exam, and all through. She went out of her way to make Aurora feel comfortable! I will definitely continue to see her!

We were greeted immediately and taken to the exam room. The wait for the doctor was not long at all. During Finn's examination the vet explained things in detail, made some suggestions to improve Finn's well being and spent some time with him to regain his trust once the shots had been given. Overall a very good experience for both of us.
