I am a student and am short on money, and although I didn't de-work my puppy every 2 weeks they made sure to give me the cheapest form of de wormer so that I didn't have to stress about money and school and my puppy. I will definitely be using them as my puppies vet and will recommend people here! So nice and friendly with not only the animals, but the owners as well!

Both my cat and dog were comfortable being there and very much liked their Vet. I am taking my other cat here and feel totally at ease with this. I was given sound advise and appreciate the experience I have had. Thank you.

Very freindly staff. My kitty did very well even though it was his first visit to the vet. He was obviously apprehensive but he must have felt at ease somehow. Animals always know!

Front desk staff was awesome! I kinda feel and have been being told that i was ripped off. i came in saying I was pretty sure my dog had a uti. But the dr. Insisted i did almost $900 worth of unnessisary tests just due to my dogs age and what typically could go wrong. I only did the bloodwork to see if the rest were nessisary and even then bloodwork and antibiotics and stuff for hydration was nearly 400$ Today she is back to her normal self and i feel i could have just done the check up and got antibiotics. Nearly 400$ feels like we were taken advantage of and she used the fear factor to make me feel that my dog was near death. Glad i said no to the other tests cause she was way wrong. I want a copy of the bloodwork that i paid so much for and I wont be comi g back.

We were greeted promptly and treated well the whole time. Dr. Basha answered all of our questions about our kitten. We were able to easily book our next appointment. The fees were less than expected.

When the Vet decides to prescribe a medicine and chatges ne for it there is no point in pretending to wait for test results. It's either that the lab was not necessary or the nedicine was not necessary. Very unprofessional and unethical. It'/ Dr Sheila who was only interested in selling me stuff. Gross

Every time I go to the Edmonton South Animal Hospital, the staff is super welcoming. I am so happy that I have a great place to take my Baloo-Carl for his health and well-being. I have recommended Edmonton South Animal Hospital to my friends and family for their pets. The doctor was very helpful and recommended many things for Baloo-Carl.
