I’ve been going to The Spinal Clinic for about a year now. I look forward to my weekly adjustments. Feel so well afterward.
Everyone there, both doctors and support staff, is very helpful and supportive.
I’m now on a maintenance plan where I go once a week for adjustment. The adjustments along with exercises I do on my own have me feeling very well.

Dr. Jana and Dr. Spiva are wonderful! She communicated the findings and what I needed to do to improve my health. Dr. Spiva does an excellent job of adjusting my spine. I was a little worried since I had never been to the chiropractor, but I feel so much better after I have an adjustment, do my stretches, and get a treatment. I'm sleeping better than I ever have, and my muscles are a lot looser, less tense and painful, since I started with the clinic two weeks ago.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They always have a smile and seem genuinely happy to see me. The doctors really listen and never make me feel rushed. Helping me to be the best me possible is their number one goal and they do a fantastic job!
