Was great. Needed those knots out in my shoulders and back. It has been 5 years since I have been due to the Navy. I did not realize I should tip until speaking with my in laws who love the place. The one that massaged me, sorry. Merry Christmas!

The massage times are not exactly what they are advertised. For example a 1hr massage is only 50 minutes. I've timed the actual massage many times. Their turn around time for the rooms is 10 minutes between each patient, plus the checking and changing time. They should not advertise a 60 massage when they only provide 45-50 minutes at best.
If your massage starts at 10am, your massage wont start before 10:05 am. Then ends and 10:50 since the dress time and turn around time. So that's 45 minutes tops.

We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied. To my knowledge, we offer an hour massage, not a 60 minute massage. Based on our research of the competition, 50 minutes is standard in the industry as most places run "on the hour" and changeover time is obviously required. If you are using your insurance, then documentation is even more essential and required. We do our very best to run right on time, and in the event we are a little behind by trying to accommodate a late patient, then we also try to make it up and not short the next person. You are absolutely correct, however, that with check in, undressing and dressing time, the actual hands on time is about 45 minutes. By the same token, the "half-hour" massages are about 25 minutes depending on check in and undressing speed. As stated, we go out of our way to stay right on top of things so that each person gets the most time possible.

I've been coming here for years. It's been a while since I've been, due to my back and neck were feeling better and insurance. Rosie was awesome. I needed someone with strong hands and she knew what she was doing. I just wish I could come weekly!
