Dr Oliver is great and has helped me through the years to keep away from hip surgery. My only concern is the huge turnover in help at the office. At times kids are noisey in the waiting room and use their phones. He answers my questions and also does a quick acupunture that helps me walk better too.

I regret not doing my research prior to purchasing a package with living social for Dr Oliver's Chiropractic service. On first visit, the waiting room was so crowded there was no where to sit so I proceeded to read the abundant framed 'accomplishments' on the wall, a lot of which were nothing to do with conditionals at all, but more of a 'brag wall'. Finally when called back, I gave a brief explanation of my problem to which he never seemed to even listen to but started the 'sales pitch' of the numerous number of visits I would need using acupuncture along with chiropractic services. Note this is without even touching me or before any xrays. The only salvation was the nice rolling massage table in the back room that moaned and groaned as I laid on it, but that was the highlight of the visit. Once second visit, my xrays were posted but without one word about what he saw on the films, he promptly started again with the sales pitch. He said he would now do the adjustment which I had finally was waiting for. This involved a few short pushes up and back down my back followed by a massaging handheld object- all of which took a mere 2 minutes. I left very disappointed and feeling 'duped' into believing I would at least be able to see the advantage of a chiropractor. I warn others if you are looking to spend a lot of time talking and not a lot of time 'healing' than this is the perfect place for you, everyone else don't waste your time or money.

Dr. Oliver is good. But the staffs handle the billing and claims are incompetented. They didn’t submit the bills correctly two years ago and were rejected by my insurance provider. But after two years, they keep sending the bill to me because they screwed up the claims.

In looking into your acount there was no billing error. Your insurance paid all the codes except for the acupuncture which we discounted for you at 60% and then sent a bill to you every month for 2 years but did not received any response back. If you have any questions you can contact our clinic but you will get the same response if your concerns are the same.

Dr Oliver is excellent I have been going to him for over 3 yrs. and have a hip that needs replacing so am postponing that with Chiro and Acupunture.

Service is good I just think the doctor needs to take little more time with patience and explain things more. But over all good job
