Saw Dr. Casanova for the first time after seeing a different chiropractor in another state for years. I was impressed with how thorough the exam was and how much time was spent trying to make a plan of care. Dr. Casanova is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient with this practice and anyone who goes here is in excellent hands.

I started getting treatment in 2013. Dr Casabona is kind, gentle, effective and accomodating when you have a special difficulty. Whenever I first started, I stood with a definite angle as opposed to an upright 90 degrees. In a fairly short time I no longer "tilted".

I have been chasing symptoms for some time now after having left a 21 yr career due to Chronic fatigue syndrome back in 2014 and had done alot of holistic work to get myself back to balance, but hadn't really considered a chiropractor since my symptoms were never pain related. However, upon my first visit to Dr. Casabona's office, he found that my C1 vertabrae had completely shifted to the right side and this actually is a major cause of fatigue. So happy I finally went to a Chiropractor and Dr. Casabona really has alot of experience and is very customer oriented. I'm excited to finally learn what's left that has contributed to my fatigue. Much gratitude to this practitioner!!
