Using Down Under Endeavours was the best decision for planning out honeymoon to New Zealand and Fiji! The whole process was easy and very organized throughout the whole process and our trip went flawlessly. I had the pleasure of working with Ellen and everything was great throughout the entire process. She gave great recommendations, made up a travel plan for us with every detail, and was very informative and communicative. I appreciated being kept in the loop at all times and her prompt responses to questions, as well as willingness to chat with me on the phone about any concerns. The trip itself went (almost) perfectly due to some weather issues, but since we had that snag in our plan, it was wonderful having a contact in New Zealand that was able to help us out and make new arrangements for us. Otherwise, every excursion, transport, etc was right on time and waiting for us. Very smooth process throughout the trip. We enjoyed every accommodation, excursion, and restaurant recommended for us. Every person that I interacted with associated with this company was fantastic, friendly, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and plan to use them again in the future. A handful of months ago, my friend and I wanted to leave our country and travel somewhere with awe gazing views and make life time experiences. We had our hearts set on travelling to New Zealand, but after being over-quoted by multiple travel agencies, we were beginning to give up on our ideas. We then stumbled upon Down Under Endeavors and decided to send them an email just to see what our options were. Within 24 hours they were able to get back in touch with us, and provide us the opportunity to plan out an amazing trip within our budget! We were assigned a specific agent by the name of Ellen who is a specialist in luxury travel to New Zealand and other over seas countries. Not only was she able to design a trip within our budget, but she also took the time to ask us our preferences and really design it to fit our personalities. On top of her quick responses and reliability, she even stayed at the office late and worked overtime, to make sure we booked our flights in time for a deal that split the original price we would have paid, in half! We also feel very comfortable and secured to know that they provide 24/7 service while we are on our trip, and will be helping us out the entire way! I recommend Down Under Endeavors to anyone who is ready for a once in a life time experience.

We are now so spoiled by the wonderful planning with Down Under Endeavours. They have planned both a tour through Austrailie and one to South Africa. Everything was taken care of daily including making changes in our itinerary because of a death in the family. Can ever imagine doing another trip without them
