My anxiety ridden, aggressive little terrier is a raucous handful anywhere outside our home, but Doc Jerri always keeps him calm and cooperative during our visits. She somehow makes him feel secure...and makes me feel secure that we're getting the highest level of care, professionalism and kindness.
She always takes the time to explain things clearly, offer me options to consider and gives me advice on wellness care. She does what's necessary and only that- no unexpected add-ons.
Doc Jerri and her staff are gems, and while no one wants to have to visit a vet, they make it a painless experience.
