I was looking for a new dental office and selected Dimension based on researching dental offices in the area. I have a fear of dental work and usually find it to be an unpleasant experience. I selected them based on reviews by people like me and was not disappointed. They were very informative about the procedures and made sure I knew what to expect. All the staff were very caring and attentive to my concerns.

I had an outstanding experience. The genuine collaborative approach to patient care was remarkable. From the time I arrived and met Rachel to my assessment and cleaning with Dr. Machelson and Alex my hygienist, I was the center of the experience. They took time to carefully exam each tooth, explained any questionable areas and proposed a reasonable approach to my plan.

Was switched hygienists without being informed, and the new hygienist almost insisted that I take put a sealant on my tooth, not mentioning the $150 charge. Nice place but seems like they do not follow the Alberta standard costs for dentists.
