There are not enough stars to convey my feelings about this. I am constantly amazed at how universally great this practice is. Of course it's all about the people, and the people who work at Dimension Dentistry are friendly and professional to a fault. They are second to none. I am always made to feel so comfortable and welcome there and it never feels like it is forced. On the contrary, staff there seem genuinely happy and always eager to serve..
Sarah is easily the best hygienist on the planet, possibly in the universe. Going to a hygienist used to feel like going to the Principal's office, but this is more like a regular visit with a good friend. We catch up and laugh and she never fails to make me feel valued and cared about. Dr. Fairbanks and his whole family seem to have it figured out and it's wonderful to see in action. Yesterday I met Mrs. Fairbanks and I just about asked to be adopted! It's clear that the values on display at this practice come from a strong, loving family, and indeed this whole practice seems more like a family then a group of employees. That is so rare I cannot tell you the last time I saw it.
I have always had a great deal of anxiety going to the dentist, and the staff here have all worked really hard to help alleviate that. No judgement, just a lot of love and some sedation (lol). Seriously though, sedation dentistry has really helped, but it's mostly the care and concern these people show in everything they do. If you had told me 20 years ago I would look forward to going to the dentist, I would have laughed in your face, but Dimension Dentistry has changed the way I think about the whole dental experience.
I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. To have that "bad" visit, or see someone on a bad day, but after five years it just hasn't happened and I suspect it never will. Add to that the fact this group spends a considerable amount of time every year helping deliver quality dental care to those less fortunate in the world and you really have to hand it to them. This is the real deal, a model which other firms and any business should aspire to. Run, do not walk, to this firm if you need dental services. You will be very happy you did!

It had been awhile since my visit. The young lady did a fine job. Was very gentle. I was given good information how to care for my teeth.

The entire team at Dimension Dentistry is absolutely amazing. I am an extremely phobic patient dealing with gum disease. Needless to say, I've been through my fair share of painful procedures and have tried a handful of different dentists. I'm glad to say I've finally found my permanent dentist! The admin, assistants & hygiene girls are warm, sweet, funny and caring, and make visiting the dentist not so scary at all. Dr Troy Michelson was my dentist, and he was extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and calm. He performed cosmetic bonding on my front teeth and I can't believe the results. He is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word, and it truly shows in his work. I am confident about my smile once again thanks to Dimension, and I will be returning for all of my regular dentistry. If you are a phobic patient like myself, they offer the NuCalm system, which is made up of natural relaxation techniques. It worked nicely for me and I was very relaxed and calm in the dental chair. If you're struggling to find a dentist you're happy with, I highly recommend switching over to Dimension. Absolutely fantastic experience!

I greatly appreciate that Dimension Dentistry does its best to keep me with the same hygienist due to my anxiety issues. Kendra has been very patient and accommodating with me and is a friendly and caring individual.

I love the staff at Dimension Dentistry, They make you feel great and welcome when you enter the office. They are very friendly and happy at the Dimension Dentistry and it makes me feel great when I go to a Dentist.
