I have hated going to the dentist my whole life! I was very nervous about this appointment. I have to say that this turned out to be a pleasant, pain free experience from beginning to end! Staff and Doctor were all kind and considerate and made me feel comfortable and safe. They sent me home with all the supplies I needed and called to check on me hours after my surgery. I would highly recommend Diablo Oral Surgery & Implant Center to anyone needing Oral surgery.

Everyone at Diablo Oral Surgery was cordial and professional and put me at ease.
I had a molar extracted and some bone grafting done in case I want an implant later. I didn't think the procedure would be too uncomfortable but I did expect the first few days or so after to be difficult. I came away with the notion that Dr. Iranmanesh must be a magician. Really, no pain or swelling to speak of, I could eat normally very soon. The stitches were removed in one week and all is well. I never took any of the pain pills prescribed and only iced the first day. I can't say enough about how great this practice is!

Amazing experience! I had no issues, Treatment with smooth and was painless!!!! I had no post operative pain after my extraction and bone graft. i I also had no pain after my implant was placed. Very happy with the skill level and professionalism of Dr. Iranmanesh and his staff.
