I have had very bad memories when going to the dentist but I came here to get a removal and the Dr made me feel very comfortable and made it look easy I'm doing so much better I look forward to complete my dental work here from now on

It has been nearly two weeks since I was told that I would receive a partial refund due to my being OVER CHARGED for the SECOND TIME IN A ROW!!! But I still have not received my money.
This is very disappointing as I have been coming to this place for about 4 years or so. But Dr. Sani no longer works here and has not for about a year now.
When I was checking out I questioned the charges, but the girl told me that it was correct. But it was not. That was a lie. My dental hygienist then approached and did see that there was a problem and acknowledged that I was over charged. She then assured me that this problem would not happen any more and she went so far as to put in writing exactly how much I am to be charged. I was then promised a refund of the over charge.
But, like I said, it has been two weeks and nothing.
Dental offices are a dime a dozen and can be found in every single strip mall in the Valley. Teeth cleaning is nothing but a basic commodity that can be done anywhere, by anyone.

Dr. Z is absolutely fabulous. She does quality work and has a great personality to boot. My entire family goes to see her from Gilbert because quality of care and customer service is of the utmost importance to us.

I've been seeing care here for about a couple of years and issues began last year. In house surgeon was (not sure if still there) extremely rough and lack care, empathy or compassion. Due to this I was sent out to another surgeon to complete treatment. Was over charged and never fixed (was told that they were checking into it multiple times). The last straw is when I tried to return for corrective procedure and was being charged outrageous fees when I didn't cause the issue in the first place. I signed a ROI and transferred to another dentist to be told that I now need a root canal (this is the same tooth that needed corrected procedure on). When it's close to the years end, all they are worried about it making sure to use remaining balances from insurance. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE.

Dr. Zoumbaris is such an amazing dentist. She takes pride in her work and it shows. I have been to multiple dentist's in the valley which have left cavities and put fillings over them and hadn't scraped off the glue from my braces going on years with pain in my mouth telling me it was nothing. As soon as I went to Dr Zoumbaris, she fixed everything for me right away and i no longer have pain. She is so good at what she does that I drive 2 hours to get my teeth cleaned by her.

Dr.Z is the best. She makes you comfortable there as a patient. She truly cares. Jenna her assistant and Kristen are awesome , caring, and fun. Makes it so much easier to go where you knpe your in good hands. This office Rocks! ,Laura Robinson

Desert View Dental does an awesome job! I have been going there for 15 years and they always treat you like family. Honest and knowledgeable staff and dentist.
