Yesterday was the first time I've ever had Billing as my hygienist. She was amazing, very thorough, didn't rush and just a nice individual. Dr. Z, as always, waa excellent. Night guard was recommended, but not forced on me. Very friendly atmosphere from the time you walk through the front door til you walk out.

I have been coming to Desert View for several years and the service has gotten worse and worse. I was taken back to the chair and given x-rays promptly. After that the dentist provided me with a clear picture of what my options were. After that I waited 38 minutes until someone came back to tell me my insurance information was invalid. After providing the correct information, it took another 29 minutes for the lady to come back with my totals. Then I waited another 36 minutes and no one came back to check me out, so I left. I should not have been there over an hour and half when I was not even getting a procedure done. What a waste of my time. I will not be visiting Desert View again.

A Dentist that truly cares! Veronica was great from the moment she answered the phone until the very end when she scheduled my next visit. The dental assistant (Sorry can't remember name) was amazing!! She was very caring and knowledgeable. Then there is the dentist who is also amazing! She truly cares and is very understanding not judgmental at all... I would highly recommend Desert View Dental Care

They are a courteous staff that easily builds rapport with clients. The wait times are respectable, the DA's and dentists are efficient, and everyone - including the receptionist and office manager are extremely personable.
