The new system reminding patients of upcoming appointments is a little overbearing. Two weeks before my appointment, I received a reminder email and a couple text messages. I confirmed each request sent to me. Then the week of my appointment I received more confirmation requests via email and test messages. I had to re-confirm each one.

I've been a patient for years but now the staff is not very friendly or efficient. I will prob seek another facility

I am always seen in a timely manner. Those who examine my eyes and perform tests are always cheerful, thorough, and patient.
Because I am now on a limited income, I have to include the cost of the new glasses in my budget. The assistants have helped me receive the best possible price, and select a frame that is most complimentary to my face. I appreciate the considerate, overall care very much!

I love Desert Eye Care and would never go anywhere else. Dr. Fahey sees me within hours when I have any issues like part of a contact left in my eye.

Very friendly staff and efficiency when with provider. My family only used this office for thier vision needs. I also would like to say that when their is an urgent reason to be seen they will make sure you are taken care of !
