My primary care physician's office scheduled this appointment for me after I saw my PCP for what she and I suspected was an itchy mole on my face and possible skin cancer. Fortunately, Dermatology Specialists of Charlotte was able to squeeze an appointment in for this possibly life threatening condition within a few days. I saw Dr. Justin Haught, who was professional yet friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. He examined me and quickly recognized my skin condition as non-cancerous and something relatively harmless. He said they usually only treat this condition unless it is inflamed and mine was. He explained the cryosurgery procedure and asked if I wanted him to treat it. I proceeded with the cryosurgery, which consisted of his spraying my spot for a brief second with a can of liquid nitrogen or something similar. It did not hurt very much and was obviously very quick. The area has scabbed over and six days later I am pleased with the whole experience.

Visit was very quick with minimal wait time (I consider minimal 30 minutes in any doctor's office!). My visit with April was also informative (and fun)--ended up scheduling a cosmetic procedure I had been considering and walked out with refreshed microdermabrasion face to boot.

Your staff is always kind and efficent. Shawn does beautiful work with Botox and fillers. She is a delight and makes me look better!

I don't enjoy feeling bullied by a professional. Listening to patients/parents can be helpful.
I feel like we are just going from one expensive prescription to another. Always throwing something new at the problem.
It's only been a couple of months and we have had 6 different prescriptions and only two visits.

The only complaint I would have with any doctor is the wait time. I had an 8:40 appt. so I thought being that early, the doctor couldn't possibly be late but I was wrong. However, Dr. Nixon is extremely nice. I felt like her examination was very thorough and her advice on freezing a spot instead of cutting was very much appreciated.
I would definitely go back.

My experience was awesome. Very professional staff. My issue was quickly addressed and I am very impressed with the knowledge and bedside manner of my nurse and doctor.
