The appointment was a rushed 15 minutes. They flossed only 2 teeth, the cleaning was done very quickly and my child even commented they missed teeth. The dentist looked at my child’s teeth and said no cavities. They didn’t use a mirror or pick. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. They refused to schedule my child in the afternoon even after saying he is in school. They stating office policy due to his age (being under 8) they will only do mornings. A Saturday is an additional 2 month wait. I use to love this office but the care my child received there had been lacking. In addition the rude office staff is causing me to leave this practice.

Ridiculous that I was charged for a service that I wasn’t even asked if I wanted for my kids. My kids were in the back alone. Nobody ever came out to ask if I wanted this service done.

Usually our visits are so pleasant, but this time was a little different. The woman cleaning, my sons teeth was not very nice at all. She seemed very annoyed, and did not make me or my son feel comfortable. They are usually so bubbly and patient with children. Maybe she was just having a bad day.?

Spoke to my daughter (13 year old minor) without myself present! I waited in the waiting room and no one came. I then had to wait for dentist and there is no proper seating even if I wanted to go back there. I am not sitting on a padded square for seating for an adult! Front desk staff rude!!!!! Horrible experience!

My daughter doesn’t do well at doctors, lots of screaming and anxiety. However, the staff here were absolutely wonderful! They made her feel safe (still some screaming of course) but they didn’t bat an eye! The respect and love they showed was amazing. Put this mommas anxiety to rest! Thank you all so much !
