Al was awesome he was instrumental in assisting with evaluating my concern with my tire issue very promptly . He took the time to get me in to inspect my car very quickly. I was concerned about a warranty issue and he was quick to calm my concerns by calling the manufacturer Michelin and was able to get them to assist with resolving my issue promptly !! Al was very pleasant and went out of his way to assist me with my concerns I will go back for sure to Delaware tire !!

I have always bought my car tires at Delaware Tire! They are very knowledgeable and answer any of my questions! They have not guided me wrong with my last two cars! Yesterday I stopped there because I have had a constant leak in one of my tires and the are not that old. I told them I had been a long time customer and this time I was not pleased! They took my car in and ended up finding a problem with tie rim and not the tire! They saw the same problem on another one of my tires. They repaired both rims or whatever the problem was at No Charge to me! That kind of customer service will keep me buying my tires there for Many more years! Ollie Thomas of Dover! I had a nail in my tire and was loosing air. I called Al and he said bring it in, I dropped it off first thing in the morning and picked it up at lunch time, they patched my tire and got me going again. Great Job guys! Thanks for always being there to get the job done.
