I was not expecting the return of my car the same day I brought it in, so very happy about that. Tim was recommended to me since my a Dealer seemed extremely high priced and I was very concerned about the laundry list of “things wrong” that needed to be corrected! Described the problem over the phone to him, and he knew exact what was wrong. That impressed me! First time visit, so happy enough to want to return for his expert advice. I contacted Tim at Custom European from a referral he returned my message and we set up an appointment dropped the car off he supplied me a loner car and picked up and end of day, professional and would defiantly recommend price and service was excellent.
