I just had hardwood floors installed throughout my home. I had been looking for the perfect flooring and found it at Creative Flooring & Design. They worked with me so I could stay within my budget. As for the installation, I couldn't be happier! They went over expectations to accommodate my schedule. Also, I have pets and they were so considerate to watch out for their well being. My floors are beautiful. The team at Creative Flooring & Design is the best!!! They went over and above to give me what I wanted. Thanks to you all.

Creative Flooring and Design is a family run business which focuses on high quality products and installation as well as outstanding customer service! We built our home in the Fairfield Harbour sub division of New Bern in 2014. Creative Flooring provided all of our hardwood floors, ceramic tile floors, carpet and tile for showers and tub surrounds. Vicky and her staff went out of their way to be helpful in making selections of materials and assisted with making design choices which coordinated perfectly with all aspects of our new home. They gave attention and offered suggestions on every detail...right down to the paint colors for the walls in our bathrooms which worked best with our floor and shower tile selections! This was extremely helpful, especially because we were living out of state during the construction process. Randy and his crew did an excellent job of installation, and everything was completed on time and within budget!! We love all the beautiful finishings in our new home, which would not have come together as well without the help of Vicky, Randy and their staff. We would highly recommend Creative Flooring & Design, and would work with them again in a heartbeat!
