Two weeks after receiving two new crowns, one of them popped off. They got me in promptly and replaced the crown. Until then, I didn't realize that their dental work came with a guarantee. Much better than my previous dental clinic.

I have confidence in my dentist.
It gripes me that if I had insurance, the dentist would settle (be happy with) a lesser(insurance allowed) amount.

I typically see Melissa, but I scheduled with Ami because I had rescheduled several times and was well past-due for my account. She was great and I was satisfied with my visit. Dr. Haganman is a fantastic dentist and I appreciate his candor. Later in the day my wife and son went to an appointment and he recognized them and my son and I appreciate that personal touch. I hope to continue to go to this dental office as long as I live in this area, and perhaps even beyond.

I choose The Dental Center because I am always treated well by the dtrs. and staff. I have a long history with Chris & Brad and always feel very comfortable with exams and any work needed. You are told upfront what is needed and they work with you to make things right. I would highly recommend The Dental Center for any dental work. They are not only professionals but a caring & compassionate group of individuals - Cedar Rapids best.

Nadia was wonderful. She explained everything that she was going to do before it was done. As a new patient, I greatly appreciated the thoroughness of the exam.
The dentist was wonderful as well. She was gentle and explained everything clearly. I love the fact that they give treatment plans so you know what to expect for any work that has to be done so you can prepare.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I usually reschedule every appt 1 or 2 times before I actually show up which Shannon Hingst is wonderful. I have a high anxiety which they take the extra time to make sure I'm calm and comfortable. They go out of their way to help me with my fear with any procedure or cleaning. Amy who does my cleaning actually had a whole appt yesterday without me crying. She kept me calm the entire time.. I will never change my dental office. I highly recommend. The other providers have also had to work me in for certain procedures and they take the time just as much as Shannon does to help with my anxiety. I appreciate all they do in the office. Anna front staff is always friendly and knows you when you walk in. She knows all the returning patients.
