I called Crave to get a pedicure but I wasn't that clear on the phone, I believe I said "do you have an opening today". The receptionist never asked for what so I assumed they asked you upon arrival. It ended up being a massage. That is really not a big deal as I also needed one because my muscles were sore and in desperate need ! The ladies at the front desk were all very friendly as was my technician. The massage was very good and I loved the hot towel after. Checkout was friendly and prompt and the waiting room and service room were both clean. If I were to change anything or give my thoughts on how to improve service I could offer 2 suggestions. The first would be for the receptionists to keep their communication between each other ONlY about Crave . I learned in my wait time a lot about their personal life and their fellow co-workers. It was nothing negative but it did change the ambience. As a salon owner I recognize that at our salon this happens sometimes and I'm about to help change that in a more positive direction ! As for the massage, technically it was great, nothing was missed or done incorrectly. My only thought would be to put more passion and emotion into their hands. When you do that you connect and heal on a deeper level ! I love visiting other salons and spas because it always helps me learn how to improve and I thankyou for a great experience. I will soon be craving another visit !

The service I received was very professional. The therapist was considerate, skilled and extremely considerate of how I was tolerating the experience. Probably the best review I can submit is "I felt so much better and my headache is gone". Enough said!

My lower back was acting up so I thought I would try a massage to help relax it. It was the right thing to do, my back muscles eased up and the relief was immediate.
I'm going back for another one just to keep things in check.
