I usually have good experiences here. This time my stylist was very nice but my haircut is very uneven. It was cut short above the shoulders so you can really tell all the uneven pieces that are longer than the rest

As always - I have a standing appointment with Katie every four weeks - it was a wonderful experience -
Patty greeted me and other customers with a kind word and smile - Katie was ready for me when I arrived and helped me through the door - i have to use a walker - told her to cut an inch and a half - and it is fantastic - easy to care for myself in between - Katie is great and listens to what the customer wants - whether Jodie or Patty are at the front desk you are always greeted with a smile and a kind word -

Everyone was very efficient and the process was a fluid one. My stylist, Amber, was very friendly and did a great job with my hair. With the new procedures in place, it did not feel overwhelming both with the process of entering as well as throughout the duration due to the minimal amount of people in the salon. Thank you!
