I've been a patient for a number of years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I have worn glasses for 50+ years (in multiple states and cities) so I'm used to the drill, and have something to compare them too. I'm very satisfied with Comfort Vision and will continue to use their services.

I have been using Comfort Vision for several years now. A few things that I appreciate about their customer service is they offer a variety of hours to accommodate work schedules and do text message appointment reminders (need those these days!). They seem to keep on schedule yet make you feel like they will take as much time as needed if you have questions. When selecting glasses they review all options, but you don't feel pushed to do various upgrades.

Always friendly and professional. Feel like I'm getting quality care. They also take time to explain the eyeglasses packages without high pressure sales and respect whatever decision I make, even if it's to not purchase glasses through them. When I did purchase glasses through them 2 years ago, they were high quality.
