Honestly, I am quite disappointed when we visited that day. There was no sense of urgency to resolve our issue. We were met with unprofessional, unfriendly ladies at the reception. It was maybe a bad day to visit.

We had a wonderful experience. The place was clean and professional. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly!! Getting contacts for the first time was great, they worked with my daughter and tahught her how beforing giving her the contacts.

Overpriced glasses and poor quality. I paid $800+ for an eye examination and bifocals. Glasses were made poorlu - Lens feel out as they were made wrong. I came back after week to pick up - and handed glasses. I asked for a case and they gave me a cheap plastic supermarket type container. Terrible customer service - I won't be back.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing and so friendly! I had a very wonderful experience and am very happy that I stumbled upon this place. The reviews do not lie! The service was exceptional, and my contacts arrived only one day after ordering them. Overall I am incredibly satisfied.

I ordered my daughters glasses on 12/20/16. Today is 3/5/17 and still have not received them. I have called several

Times and the story constantly changes. One time they were sent from the "lab" the next time they needed a new frame, because the one we ordered was discontinued. Every time I call no one knows what's going on. Or why they have not arrived. I was given an eta of 5-6 weeks. Now they are saying 10-15 weeks. I would have NEVER ordered my daughters glasses from them to recieve them 3-4 months later. Daily I have to email the school nurse to insure her they are on their way. They have sent my daughter home 4 times from headaches and not being able to see the board, waiting on these glasses. I call frequently to

Get an update. But they never call me to let me know what's going on. The only time they do ( once) is when I called and demanding someone call me back to let me know what's going on. I will never ever refer someone to them. And as soon as I recieve my daughters glasses I will never ever go back to that horrid bad customer service place!

Had great interactions with everyone on staff. It was easy to schedule my appointment, all parts of the exam were thorough and well-explained, and the staff did a great job of going over my benefits and billing with me.

We were looking for boys frames and the selection was small. We went to another store to find frames we like, and were advised that our 9 year old was ready for "adult" frames. I would have appreciated advice from Comfort Vision while we were there, they never looked to measure his face to suggest a frame size.
