I'm giving this the highest review because I am always pleased with Comfort Care Dental, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, fun to visit with and just generally awesome. I love Dr Harper, after I have major work done he always calls and checks on me to see how I'm doing and if I need anything, He has a genuine concern and that's comforting to know I have such a caring dentist. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Comfort Care Dental, I am truely happy and pleased I found them.

I kind of got the feeling that anything and everything that could possibly be wrong with our teeth was included. Kind of like when you take your car to a repair shop and they add on things that most likely would be good to get done, but are not immediate pressing needs.

So, it was hard to tell which of the services listed were the most pressing. They did tell us that some cavities were in baby teeth and were going to fall out soon. But, then listed the cost to extract the baby teeth on the bill???

However, it was our first time. I am sure if we sat down with them they would explain the priorities. So we will most likely use them for a year or so. If we still continue to feel this way we will most likely shop around again.

Another issue, when we got our bill from insurance their were a few charges that were not covered (almost $200 on three patients). We had just gone in for cleanings, and were expecting everything to be covered. It would have been nice for them to check before performing services that would not be covered by our insurance. Hopefully, they work with us on this.

Besides that the office was pleasent and they seemed good.

We haven't had any major work done yet, so cannot comment on the quality.

I had a great experience at comfort care dental! My hygienist was super friendly and very caring. dr Harper even came in to smooth a filling that was bugging me. They have an amazing staff who knows what they are doing! Great place to go whether your scared or not! I would recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love the staff. They did everything in their possible powers to make me feel comfortable. Even just talking to them. They took everything nice and slow and explained everything. Gave me options they never pressured me into anything. Did I mention I am super afraid of the dentist? I well not go anywhere else.

I loved the entire experience. Everybody was super nice and very welcoming. I called on very short notice and they got me in that morning, thank you to all comfort care staff!!!! I recommend them to anyone

Great service and care for patient. Did not get full understanding of why dental coverage would not cover procedures.

I was left waiting in the dentist chair with my mouth wise open several times while the dentist was busy with other patients. I waited so long the numbing started wearing off. The dentist and assistants also hurt my guns and lips far more than was necessary. I will not be back.
