Heather is awesome! I first tried City Slickers because the last couple places I tried, the stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. They just did what they wanted. Heather listens to me and does exactly what I ask for. She gives me ideas, which I appreciate, but she still goes with what I decide on instead of what she thinks is best for me. She is great and I recommend her all the time.

I had such high hopes for my experience here!! Your spot is so cute!!! I also must say my massage was really great!! Perfect pressure! The reasons below are why I rated two stats.

1. The massage room itself was super loud. I could hear everything going on in the salon. Not super relaxing.

2. Baily botched the mud mask body treatment big time! The clay stained my skin! She came in after I had been drying with it on and said her hands were stained. She handled it really well. Until she lied to me and said I wasn't stained. I totally was!! I had to go back and shower. The walls of the shower were brown and even after scrubbing I left stains on the hotels towels!! Not cool.

3. Being tucked in to a blue plastic tarp to dry was not super appealing or comfortable.

4. My shampoo blow dry was a dud. The scalp massage was lack luster and rushed. The actual blow out was flat, it looked like she had just dried it really fast, no shape. Then put in some curls with an iron. I had her skip the hair spray so I could fix it up myself later.

4. She got her gum stuck in her hair mid blow dry.

We are so pleased with our service at City Slickers. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rachelle take such great care of our entire family's hair. She has given me very helpful suggestions in my hair style and great product to use on my difficult hair. We just wouldn't take our hair care needs anywhere else.

Had a spiral perm for my first visit to City Slickers. For those who have had these before and know what it's like, this was the most gentle one I've had, and it turned out great! Very friendly and professional staff. I will definitely return!
