Everything was great except for the shuttle driver. He was very rude and short. I saw him drive right past my house. He called saying the address was wrong. When I told him the street number he just hung up. When he picked me up he told me it was wrong and I needed to get it fixed. When I arrived to get my car I saw the house number was correct. The driver alone is enough to make me not want to come back. There are several other locations I can use instead.

I called in the morning to see if I needed an appointment to get an emissions inspection done on my car and the man said I didn't. I told him I'd be in shortly. I would've waited to bring it in if I would have known I would wait over 2 hours to get the inspection done. I know they were busy but it seems like they would schedule things better.
