Usually excellent. I fell in front of the CP as I was taking Shayna home. Both of us were ok. The fall took away attention I usually give her after a vet visit. Bad night. Shayna cried through the night and into this morning. She is not interested in food, doesn’t want me near her. From the rear looks like she’s limping. I finally got a good look at her bum and realized that she doesn’t like how she was shaved. Neither do I. My wishes ignored. I hope she eventually stops crying. A horrible sound. If she keeps this up all day today I‘ll take her in somewhere near home. The fall has made it difficult for me to walk without pain.

As much as my cats don't enjoy coming in, I really like it! The doctors are calm and so gentle with my cats. I never feel forced to take an action - they always provide a good amount of information and let me make the final decision. I am so happy we found Cats Preferred and would recommend anyone with a cat check them out!
