Dr. Ellingsen has been a delight to work with! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and communicative. The office staff and techs at CCP are on point as well and this results in a highly effective and competent team looking after my kitties. Every interaction I have had with techs or office staff has been helpful and positive - they are really on the ball! Dr. Ellingsen seems to have a wealth of experience and is staying up-to-date on new health information and practices which is a welcome combination.
The after-visit summaries I receive are always well thought out and provide possible courses of action as well as including the reasoning behind each decision/choice which is invaluable for me as an owner/non medical professional.
Dr. Ellingsen has made great efforts to provide the highest level of care while also keeping in mind how costly different treatments/procedures can be compared to how effective they are, which I appreciate as I have two cats with long term health problems.

I was so upset that I would have to wait outside while they took my cat in for his exam but to my surprise they eased all my anxiety with frequent phone calls to keep me informed to what was happening. They must have known I am a crazy cat owner and would need special attention haha!! They are acting quickly to diagnose my cat and I am so glad I found them !

I switched from my other vet to Cat Care Professionals as they are focused on cats and their health challenges. I have had excellent experience with Dr. Cornwell and the other Dr's there treating my chronically ill kitty. I would highly recommend their services to other cat owners.
