I totally love this office. As much as I loathe getting my teeth cleaned, I absolutely love coming to visit everyone. Staff is just so awesome, friendly and sweet. And so incredibly helpful with giving me suggestions on my oral care and having it work with my job that is against giving me any time off (even for doctor visits).

Very friendly staff. Clean office, and excellent service! There was no wait at all. Most people hate going to the dentist but I'm pleased to say I will happily be going back. If you want a great dental experience, do yourself a favor and go here. If you live on the west side you know how annoying parking can be. Another perk is that they have a big parking lot in the back that's free. YES FREE. No validation ticket, no cutoff times, and no tipping. Thanks for a great experience!

It was a pleasurable experience yesterday. The dental hygienist did a wonderful job and kept me at ease. Dr Charlin is a top-notch dentist and I have been a loyal patient for over 35 years because of my trust in him. He does a fine job. One thing could be improved, teach the front office staff (the ones who sit at the front counter) to greet patients with a welcome smile and call you by name.

Excellent service as always! Everybody is courteous and friendly. I always feel welcomed here. The hygienist is great at her job. It helps that she is also very sweet. Dr. Charlin takes a look at the end to ensure everything is good. Prior to going to Dr. Charlin's, I dreaded dentist visits. Now, I actually look forward to them. Thank you for the great service. Would highly recommend!
