It had been about 15 years since I had any business dealings with CAA, and that was just for parts. A year ago I bought a used vehicle that needed some AC work. Out of convenience, took it down to the local neighborhood mechanic, a very reliable and honest one I might add. Needless to say the AC performance was an improvement leaving me to think, "well, it's a used vehicle so what can I expect?"

As this summer approached I figured I'd simply have to go through the motions of having the AC recharged hoping that it would last the summer. I had this thought about Carlisle. Long story short, my AC is perfect now. Lesson learned, Leave it to the Professionals!

I brought my car in for the third time to get the air conditioner to work properly. Last time I also bought a warranty. Thank you for the no charge on my third visit and let's hope it will continue to cool this time.

Visited a couple of places who had no clue what the issue was with my a/c. Got raked for $264 only to have freon to completely leak out and it would cost me another $240+change. Made an unrelated stop by O'Reillys asked the parts guy if he knew of any decent a/c shops around town. He referred me to Carlisle's who diagnosed the issue as the high side charge port was leaking cost of repair to charge port + freon & labor $124.00. Staff is professional & courteous and 3 years later I will continue to take all 3 of my vehicles to Carlisle's when in need of a/c service.
