The optometrists here really show that they care for not only you and your eyes, but your overall well being! Anytime I have had any eye issues or felt the onset of an eye infection, Dr. N never hesitates to squeeze me in for an appointment or to check up on me to see how I am doing. Throughout the years, I have had several eye problems fixed at Carillon, including a lazy eye, which I no longer have thanks to him! Plus, my updated prescription are always on point and clearer than ever. You always get quick, prompt service, and will never be waiting more than a few minutes to be seen. I highly recommend him, you'll never be disappointed!

Beyond impressed with the quality of service at Carillon from the start with the most friendly and efficient receptionists to Dr. Vince Brandys, who completely reviewed my chart before seeing me, to Phyllis who carefully took the time to analyze three pairs of glasses to aid in the optimum ability for me to read/see with my glasses. Two pairs of glasses were purchased at another optical shop, which I will not return to. It took Carillon Vision Care's expertise to help me navigate what should have been done from the get go.
I will certainly relay to others the professionalism of Carillon Vision Care! Not enough adjectives to describe just how great the experience truly was there.

It was my first eye exam and it was a great experience. Everyone was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. So glad I was referred to Carillon! Dr. Neukirch is the best!

I came in for new glasses for myself and my 11 year old daughter. Olivia was beyond patient!! She helped each of us simultaneously and kept track of what we'd tried on and what we each liked. There was another customer waiting but we were never rushed. We were told the glasses would take about a week, which is today, so we're anxiously awaiting getting the call!
