This place looked very clean. The people were all very friendly. The procedure went well for my dog and the price was lower than any other Veterinary that I had called in El Cajon, Spring Valley and or Santee. They made this a very PAINLESS visit. I would recommend them for anyone.

I really appreciated the staff with their sweet personalities and how they didn't force me to get any extra tests done. Instead they simply offered, and sent me home with prices and info regarding further tests. I also really liked how well they treated my cat. They are affordable and I will definitely be bringing all of my animals here!

The staff at Care and Comfort are always friendly and helpful. My last visit was to pick-up dog food, but they still asked about my dog. I go out of my way to come here,

Everyone was very helpful. The front desk helped me get my 2 carriers out while I unloased my kiddos. They called me with an update and pick up time. Whole visit went smoothly. 2 thumbs up

I found Care and Comfort listed on the SNAP website when I looked for a vet who would honor a coupon for a spay/neuter rebate program. I selected them because they weren't far from my house and the cost was affordable.However, it turned out they are the ones my son and his wife had used for their dog's spay, and my son said they'd had a great experience there. I found Care and Comfort Vet to be wonderful; each staff member with whom I interacted was pleasant, friendly, and gave me her full attention. The vet spoke with me twice, once before surgery and then afterward, because some complications had arisen. I felt she was genuinely committed to the best care for my dog. When I picked up my dog, it was clear to me that she'd been treated kindly. A staff member called the next day to check in, and my dog's recovery process so far has gone just as they discussed with me. I would recommend them

I walk into the place and it has the ambiance of a place I would want to be taken care. I was met by very friendly staff and kept informed of Neville's progress throughout the day. I have a vet but considering moving Neville to this more inviting environment.

Absolute delight the scheduled appointment was on time, the vet explained everything in detail, a check up and blood work on our cat was completed an within an hour. The front office is professional and friendly. They are truly animal care givers. I highly recommend this veterinary. We have finally found a place we can take our pets for treatments. This took us awhile we have tried others in El Cajon, I highly recommend Care and Comfort Veterinary Hospital

Until time to check my 1.5 year-old Australian Sheppard's temperature, he was very happy with his surroundings and the attention he was receiving from the staff. After the attempted temperature check, he wanted to book it out of the exam room as quickly as possible. Even so, he willingly left the room with the doc and when returned to us in the general waiting area, was not too traumatized by the experience - even accepted two treats on the way out. :-)

I always have a great experience with Dr. Karlsberg and staff. The staff is amazing and do care for your pets. :) I have been very happy for 8 years.
