This was an urgent appointment from a weekend call about my elderly mom who wasn't even a patient yet! I imagine it was not easy to squeeze us in. Plus it was an unusual situation with a tooth falling out and dentures breaking, but we were treated like royalty and I felt that everyone was so caring and willing to go the extra mile for my mom - I cannot thank you enough.

I gave you 5 stars because that is definitely my opinion of our experience, but there was a period of time during our visit that was not great only because it was sometimes very confusing and it while the staff was swirling around trying to help us, we were left alone in the room for minutes at a time without any idea of what was happening. However, I mentioned that this was difficult for my mom - during the visit and it was ~ immediately ~ corrected and from then on we always knew the next steps, thank you!
