I noticed that pillow case was used and I found a hair on the paper cover the chair. This made me question the cleanliness and sterile environment necessary for accessing ports or other IVs.
Port had more bleeding than usual which I was told was normal. Two days later port catheter is red. I'm now worried about infection or damage to catheter and bleeding.I'm going to doctor tomorrow.

First we would like to say we appreciate your business and in no way did we get the impression that you were dissatisfied with your services. All of our equipment that is used are disinfected after each use. All pillowcases are disposal and covered with a new paper pad after each patient. If at anytime you were concerned about the cleanliness of products used, we would have been more than happy to change it out for you. Our products used for port access are sterile. The nurse practitioner reached out to you promptly about your concerns of redness and/or bleeding via voicemail. Because we did not hear from you, we felt your concerns had been met. Again, we thank you for your feedback and we are always hear if you have any additional questions or concerns.

The office atmosphere is very clean and inviting and the warmth, genuine concern and time they bestow on each patient makes you feel as comfortable as if you are in your own home.
