I just love the staff at Brookline! They are all caring and always have a smile on their face. Each time you walk in they treat you and your pet, like your the most important customer they had that day no matter what time of day it is.

We just had our first visit yesterday. Happily, Dr Churchill was everything our trusted vet tech friend Gail, said she'd be. I am pleased and confident Dr Churchill will continue the excellent care we received over the decades from Dr Janet Merrill.
Cost is always a consideration for us as we are adjusting to being retired and living on a fixed income. That is the new reality in quality vet care.
We just received a followup call from the vet office checking in on my 13 y/o Golden who was seen yesterday. My take away: You can train people to do tasks, but you cannot train them to care. They care. BTW, there's a blizzard today and they are open.

Wonderful! Very thorough exam by the Dr.CJ. Ive gotten to know all of the staff through multigenerationans of pet ownership. They have always been there for any of my concerns. I feel very confident in the entire staffs ability to care for my pets. Thank you for always being there!

We are very pleased with the services at Brookline Animal Hospital. The vets are top notch and everyone is very kind, competent and gentle.
We have transitioned from having an elderly sick senior to a sweet but skittish pup. Both dogs are cared for beautifully.

Dog and owner very happy with the visit! Dr. Blake was thorough in giving me the report on our dogs physical exam, also tehnician Cassandra was thorough in her questionnaire in the begging of the visit. Everybody was supper friendly, overall we had a great experience. Thank you!

Overall the care and concern that staff have for my pets is wonderful. I was not too pleased that it took 4 tries to get Bajee's blood pressure.
