I took my cocker spaniel in for an annual exam and I thought the vet was very knowledgeable and thorough, and generous with her time. The tech also was very experienced and helpful. The fees were reasonable and the location is very convenient for me.
My only negative comment is that the facility smelled of mold. I mentioned this to both the receptionist and the tech. The receptionist too smelled something but the tech said she did not smell anything.
I'd feel a lot more comfortable returning to this clinic if they could determine and fix the source of this smell.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As an animal clinic, we often have odors from various sources, I'm sure you can imagine, and try to stay on top of them. I apologize if you were here during one of our less "fresh" times! We've added air purifiers to attempt to reconcile this issue.

This was our first visit. Great customer service. Everyone was super friendly. My dogs were extremely comfortable in the office setting. The Vet was very knowledgeable and guided us on the appropriate actions we needed to take in order to try and get our dogs allergies under control. We are very grateful by the time we got home the symptoms had dissipated. Both of my pups are happy campers! Thank you, Braescroft animal clinic.

Flea application on my cat has become a challenge. One of the assistants at Braescroft Animal Clinic have been applying it for me so my cat is flea free. Happy cat, happy me!!

Please be more transparent with your charges as they are presented so clients know and are prepared when they checkout.

Semi-annual doggie checkup. Showed up on time at 3:30, was admitted immediately, got shots, checked up by Dr. Lowenthal, given a treat, and on the way home by 3:55.

The staff are excellent. I brought one of our cats in to have his toenails trimmed. He was seen in short order and his nails were trimmed. They reminded me of the annual checkup for one of our other cats for May.

I like the fact that Dr Loewenstein is open to some natural remedies for fleas. She explains things very well.
