We had a fantastic experience with Bradenton Vet ER! Very kind, caring, knowledgeable vet and staff. Dr. Alta explained each step of the process, including costs. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful answering our questions. Best of all, they were so caring with my sweet cat, Penelope!

In a stressful world we find ourselves in, the last thing we need to worry about is being faced with the pain of an injured pet we care about. The first thing that we all should be faced with is someone who empathizes and above all understands. That's what the staff at BVE was all about. Not sure if it was their eyes, or body language, the three wonderful individuals we were serviced by not only made us feel at ease, but gave us quick results and answers. Okay, so it was 9pm, but we were oblivious to the time because we were concerned about the well being of our pet. Personally, I think Milo was doing a gret job acting. Boy, does he know how to get attention.. LOL. Somehow, I don't know how to say Thank you to relay how we both (and Milo) feel about the staff here, but I'm sure that is how they are all the time.

Very friendly staff. The doctor was very informative. This was our first time here. A friend recommended them. We would definitely go again if needed. Fees were reasonable.

Very Thankful to Dr. Ross and her Veterinarian Technicians for the overnight care provided for my standard sized senior Yorkie. Stemming from some abnormal routine exam bloodwork, My Lucy was started earlier in the day on IV and Kidney care with Dr Coen’s practice DeSoto Animal Clinic. The seamless transfer of care between the services is so reassuring. After Dr. Coen signed off with a status call; then Dr. Ross immediately called to discuss Lucy’s overnight care. The Vet Techs sent me 3 different pictures of Lucy overnight with status updates that she was doing well. Again, this morning I was called by Dr Ross to sign off prior to DeSoto Veterinarian’s call. I am so grateful for the wonderful care and informative contacts I received from Bradenton Veterinary Emergency.

Dr Mendez and the staff over the weekend took great care of our dog Bowzer. I was given lots of updates and picture texts durning Bowzers treatment. Thank you all very much!!!

I had a great experience. My dog was having a bad allergy and she was chewing and scratching. They saw us quickly and we got meds to help her. Everyone was very nice and caring.
