We experienced a blown tire on I-69 near Angola, Indiana. We called AAA and they dispatched Bill's Professional Towing. Within 15 minutes Jason Throne arrived on the scene with his tow truck, changed the tire and met us back at Bill's Repair Garage. There we were greeted by Teri Hicks, Service Manager. She fixed us up with a suitable replacement for our blown tire and also sold us a spare tire. In less than two hours we were on our way. We would like to thank both Jason and Teri for their kindness, professionalism and concern for our plight. God sent us two angels in our time of need. I am a retired fire chief and my wife a retired teacher. We thank God for all of their help and commend Bill's Professional Towing for employing such caring and compassionate people. Chris was awesome and extremely kind. Unfortunately, an incorrect address was given to him (I believe from AAA dispatch) causing a delay in his arrival...completely out of his control. Once he got the correct address, he arrived quickly and apologized sincerely. He went above and beyond giving me a ride to Enterprise so I could pick up a rental car and head back to Michigan. His friendly customer service was appreciated during my frustrating car problem experience.

Bill's did a great job of mounting and balancing the tires I got from my grandson. Even though I arrived late they still got me out on time!
This day they were backed up helping other stranded motorist, one traveling from Chicago to Maryland.
