Always a clean, supportive, and positive environment. Jan is in tune with her students and offers helpful instruction. Anyone, at any level of practice, would feel comfortable and inspired at this studio!

Beautiful, good-smelling, and spacious studio from lobby to changing rooms. The hot room’s floors (not carpet yay!) make the experience that much better, as does the cool peppermint facecloth at the end of class. I love taking classes here.

Bikram Yoga Seacoast is a fantastic studio. It is spacious, clean, organized, firendly, and welcoming. Every possible effort goes into each class to accomodate for and encourage every person working on their practice. Jan is a wonderful instructor and I love how she turns the lights low so that you don't have to stare are the lightbulbs when you are in savasana or any other posture that requires you to look to the ceiling for great lengths of time! Jan is the BEST and I love her classes. She works you HARD but it's all WORTH IT!

Bikram is the perfect workout for the mind, body, and soul. I started at Seacoast about four years ago, right after my mom's death as a way to embrace and accept the loss, and I was hooked immediately. It was good medicine then and continues to be today. Jan and Paul run a very tight, loving ship. Their studio is super clean and inviting. The instructors, all of them, are experts in every way, always knowing when to push and when to hold back. Everyone is welcome, regardless of the body she or he brings. In a world that, at times, seems to be spiraling out of control, it's good to have Bikram Yoga Seacoast as a place to breathe, rejuvenate, and gain perspective. Namaste.
