The hospital was very clean and organized. The staff was very attentive, accommodating and answered all of our questions pertaining to the health of our little feathered family member.A thorough explanation was given by the doctor and the staff throughout the entire examination process. We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking care for their feathered friends. (A+ Service)

Our experience was great, the birds were not so happy. They are not fond of pedicures and blood tests.

My lola(bunny) was sick and haven't eaten for 2 days. So I took her in to this wonderful place where they specialize awesome animals like birds and bunnies. After taking her there she seems a lot better. Now she's running around like crazy, feeling a lot better. Thank you bay area bird hospital!

I really trust my bird with vets at Bay Area Bird Hospital. They really care about her health and try hard to educate me as to how to take the best care of her. I have been coming to them for several years and now even come from the East Bay since we've moved.

I have taken my birds to BABH for several years now, and could not exaggerate the appreciation I have for the treatment they have received. Few veterinary practices have more than a passing knowledge of birds, let alone specialize in their care. These doctors are truly humanitarian in every way.

Dr. Marquci more than put my worries to rest over my new baby snake; she's knowledgable and personable as any new pet owner could hope for! I'm certainly coming back anytime I have an issue.

This place is expensive (I'm from Chicago and the bills for a checkup here are twice what they are there) but Dr. Marcucci is great with my Netherland Dwarf rabbit. She takes the time to explain everything and she makes sure he is as calm as possible while he's there.
Be aware, procedures here are extremely expensive as well - he needs a 20 minute dental procedure that is going to run me about $800. But I don't have a car and I need a rabbit specialist, so my vet choices are extremely limited.
