Was given a same day appointment for our sick puppy. Very friendly staff. We have seen both doctors and they're both great. Very kind and patient with our puppy. They also assist with filing pet insurance claims, which is very helpful.

This is a great practice. Everyone is friendly and Dr Berk spent a lot of time with us describing the evaluation plan for our newly adopted senior Labrador Casey.

We were very pleased with our first visit here. It's comforting to know we have a good vet nearby who really cares about the welfare of our pet. We received great service from Dr Berk and his assistant. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Dr. Kerry McLaughlin and her colleague Nancy were very professional and thorough with their examination of my cat Jovi. They were extremely warm and gentle in handling Jovi. Dr. McLaughlin gave me great advice and a written diagnosis on how to monitor Jovi's weight gain and diet.
Receptionist staff were also very warm and friendly.
Great office atmosphere and I would definitely highly recommend Battery Park Vet Hospital to anyone seeking a vet.

I love the staff from the receptionist to the Dr Berk...easy to get an appointment - thorough exams and complete explanations of outcomes/diagnosis. I get real piece of mind for my pet's health and feel really lucky to have them within walking distance. Been going to various Drs since they opened many years ago.
