Scheduled 2 weeks out to come in for replacement crown. Arrived to wait on staff to unlock doors so I can come in. First appointment of the day, required to sign in and sat down. Waited 20 min to be called back. During that time, 2 additional patients walk in the door and are not required to sign in. They are called back before me. I wait for dentist to shows up and get told, yep, you need a crown and appointment scheduled for crown replacement. All patients aren't treated the same. Time to find another dentist.

Had a crown replaced. Dr. Lee was great and I enjoyed getting to know Jessica who was my dental assistant. She was very friendly and professional.
