I have spent $2400.00 total for 2 visits within a month. Service is excellent, staff is quite knowledgeable on the MINI line. They worked with me on the total price on each of the visits. I would give 5 stars if not for the price of the repairs. I will my other MINI and Honda Accord to them for service. Keep up the great work...!!!!!

The staff was VERY helpful and knowledgeable, the waiting area was comfortable and wifi-enabled, and they do great work.

Friendliness and customer service is a plus here. Staff was patient and extremely courteous. Thank you for taking the time to repeat information. Washing my car after the repair spoke to your attention to detail. The dealer in Columbus Ohio that I purchased my Mini from, and also previously used for repairs, would return my car dirtier than I left it. Needless to say the car wasn't washed and looking shiny. Little things go a long way! Repairs were taken care of, and the car is obviously tuned and running better than before. Thank you!
