At Asheville Eye Associates I am always treated professionally and congenially by each staff member and especially by my doctor, Dr. Haynes. The office is well-managed and the staff is well-trained in their respective jobs. I feel very fortunate to live in the vicinity of this office and am able to avail myself of the services provided without driving a long distance.

My wife and I are very pleased with our meeting today with Dr. Benjamin Meade.
Heretofore, we have seen Dr. Macaluso and just today had our first appointment with Dr. Meade. He was very thorough, very professional, and very nice to us. He is a genuinely nice guy.
We are going to enjoy having Dr. Meade as our eyeball doctor.

All of the people with whom I interacted -- especially the non-MD staff -- were efficient and businesslike and pleasant, and seemed totally competent. The doctors are also clearly competent. Even so, I see less well now than I did before my cataract surgery last October, so it is difficult for me to express complete satisfaction. The next few months will be important.

My annual eye exam was good as always. The only negative point was a long wait even though I had an early appointment. This is not the norm, and the exam was both thorough and efficient. I'll be back next year.
